Maria Papalli

Maria Papalli is currently serving as a Junior HR Business Partner at QUALCO since September 2025. Prior to this role, Maria worked as an HR Generalist at Mitel from October 2023 to September 2025 and held various positions in human resources at Atos from June 2019 to October 2023, including Human Resources Generalist, Junior HR Assistant, and HR Intern. Maria's early career includes experience as a Sales Assistant at Benetton Group from February 2019 to June 2019 and as a Call Center Representative at Teleperformance Greece from October 2017 to June 2018. Academically, Maria holds a Master’s Degree in Occupational Psychology from the University of Nottingham (2015-2016) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from BCA College (2011-2014).
