Jennifer Tolley

Jennifer Tolley, PHR, SHRM-CP, is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at QualDerm Partners since February 2020. Jennifer has a robust background in HR, having held positions such as Area HR Manager at A.C. Moore, where oversight of employee relations for the Southeastern United States was a key responsibility. Prior roles include Corporate HR Manager at WorkLife Financial, Inc., and various HR and operational roles at Walmart Stores, Inc., spanning over two decades, which involved management and training of associates, employee benefits administration, and payroll processing. Jennifer earned a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Mountain State University between 2008 and 2010.
