Brian Hadley

Brian Hadley's work experience includes serving as the Senior Vice President of Business Development at Qualfon since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Ingersoll Rand where they held multiple roles, including Senior Sales Coach and Sales Training Manager. Before joining Ingersoll Rand, they worked at Ingersoll Rand Compressors as a Sales Coach. From 2010 to 2018, they were the SouthEastern Regional Manager at Royal Paper Products, where they managed a team of salespeople and national accounts. Additionally, Hadley founded and served as the Managing Partner of Hadley, Strader, Tano Associates, a Manufacturers Rep group, from 2003 to 2010. Brian also worked as the Vice President at Professional Sales and Marketing Associates from 1998 to 2006, where they revamped product lines and revitalized dealer sales teams.

Brian Hadley received a Masters of Science degree in Talent and Organization Development from Queens University of Charlotte. Brian attended the university from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they attended Heidelberg University from 1984 to 1988, but there is no information regarding the degree or field of study obtained during that time. Additionally, Brian Hadley obtained additional certifications, including the MSTOD Masters of Science in Talent and Organization Development from Queens University of Charlotte in December 2021.
