Micah Hennings

Micah Hennings is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various managerial roles. Currently serving as a Senior Regional Human Resources Manager at Qualfon since July 2018, Micah has developed a robust HR skill set through a long tenure at Dialog Direct, holding multiple positions from Human Resources Generalist to Senior Regional Human Resources Manager since February 2009. Previous experience includes roles at Batton Inc. as a Recruiting Specialist and at Creative Breakthroughs, Inc. as a Human Resources Coordinator, among other positions. Micah holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Development from Oakland University and began the educational journey at Missouri State University-West Plains and West Plains Sr. High School.
