WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

As Qualia embarks on the next phase of growth, we are seeking a Lead Development Representative to help fuel Qualia's rapid growth. The Lead Development Representative will preserve and enrich our customer and prospect database to support our sales efforts. The ideal candidate for this role will be a self-starter, detail-oriented person capable and curious of learning new systems and growing into a go-to-market role. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Enrich account and contact database
  • Work closely with revops to execute specific account and contact enrichment projects
  • Process data from new title registries to enrich our prospect account database
  • Process inbound internal ticket queue
  • Inbound lead uploads in partnership with marketing
  • Be a key player in data excellence for the sales team’s account-based approach to drive revenue

YOUR BACKGROUND THAT LIKELY MAKES YOU A MATCH

  • General knowledge and experience working in Excel / Google Sheets
  • Basic knowledge of Salesforce
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Problem solver: Happy to take instruction, but when needed can independently translate a goal into an actionable plan
  • Entrepreneurial: Comfortable with ambiguity, bias toward getting stuff done
  • Experience completing tasks and projects in cloud-based applications (e.g. CRM, project management software, Google docs)
  • Based in Austin, TX with the ability to work in the office a minimum of two days per week is required
