Joanne Lee

Joanne Lee has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Joanne began their career in 2009 as an Economics & Business Analyst at Suncor Energy, where they focused on advancing carbon capture & storage initiatives in Canada. Joanne then moved on to work as an IT Strategy Consultant at Volkswagen AG, where they played a crucial role in broadening the international reach of an executive-level IT strategy. Joanne later joined Audi of America as a Portal Strategist, overseeing a multi-million dollar dealer portal re-development project. In 2013, Joanne became a Partner at TAPevents, a fast-growing startup, where they were responsible for product management, business development, and HR. After a sabbatical in 2016 to travel the world, Joanne joined Salesforce in 2018. Joanne served as a Senior Solution Engineer, uncovering customers' needs and presenting customized demos of Salesforce products. Most recently, Joanne has taken on the role of Solutions Engineering Team Lead at Qualified, where they lead the team in providing innovative solutions to clients.

Joanne Lee has a Bachelor of Commerce degree in International Business from the University of Calgary. Joanne also participated in an International Business Exchange Semester at WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business). In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Beyond Barriers® Accelerator certification in 2021 and the #IamRemarkable facilitator certification in 2020. Joanne is also a certified Salesforce Administrator (SCA) and a Salesforce Platform App Builder.
