Chava Hdz. Martín del Campo has a diverse range of work experience. In 2010, they worked as a Section Chief at Ayuntamiento de Zapopan. From 2012 to 2014, they served as a Senior Audit Associate at KPMG, handling audits for multinational and local companies. At Panduit, from 2014 to 2015, they held the role of Intercompany Accountant & Factoring Analyst, ensuring accurate transactions and balances between related parties. As MX - Chief Accountant at Parker Drilling Company from 2015 to 2016, they coordinated the accounting team and reported financial information to the US. From 2016 to 2018, they served as the Chief Financial Officer at ClearMechanic, providing financial strategies and managing the company's finances. Following that, they worked as a Business Strategy Officer at Clear (by ClearMechanic), responsible for product design, project evaluation, and experimentation. In 2019, they co-founded Qualifinds and served as the Chairman. They also worked as a Mentor at Upnotch starting in 2020. Currently, they hold the position of City Manager at Habi since 2022.
Chava Hdz. Martín del Campo pursued higher education from 2007 to 2011 at the Universidad Panamericana, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting. Additionally, in November 2020, Chava Hdz. Martín del Campo completed the Venture Deals Fall 2020 certification program offered by Kauffman Fellows.
