Jacob Windsor

Jacob Windsor has a diverse work experience, beginning with a role as a PR Manager at The InnBetween in 2015. Jacob then went on to work as a Research Intern at Ipsen in the same year. In 2017, they worked as a Software Engineer at Abcam and also as a Software Engineer for the National Resource for Network Biology, as part of the Google Summer of Code. In 2019, they were a Research Intern at the Centre for Genomic Regulation (CRG), where they developed bioinformatics tooling for third generation sequencing platforms. In 2020, they were a Software Engineer at the European Bioinformatics Institute | EMBL-EBI. Currently, they are a Full Stack Engineer at Qualifyze.

Jacob Windsor attended Stamford School from 2007 to 2014. Jacob then pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Bioinformatics at Maastricht University from 2014 to 2017. Jacob obtained a Master's degree in Bioinformatics from Universitat Pompeu Fabra in 2020.
