In addition, Sébastien holds the position of Co-Convener for the Education Policy Working Group within the Green Party of England and Wales, co-leading the update of the party's education policies. Previous roles include contributions to Save the Children UK, Education International, and Pestalozzi Children's Village, where Sébastien's expertise has influenced project evaluations and strategy development. Sébastien's educational background includes a Master's Degree in Educational Planning, Economics and International Development from IOE - UCL, complemented by studies in various aspects of philosophy and education across renowned institutions.
