Jeffrey Thingvold

Jeffrey Thingvold is an accomplished Senior Application Engineer at Qualisys AB since February 2020, with a rich history in motion capture technology and software development. Previously, Jeffrey served as Vice President of New Media Applications at Motion Analysis Corporation and held key leadership roles as Chief Technical Officer at Lambsoft Inc. and Vice President at Lamb & Company. Notable achievements include directing software development teams for multiple motion capture products and securing two patents in motion capture data editing. Jeffrey’s foundational experience includes positions at the National Center for Supercomputing Applications, Diagonal Data, Inc., and MTS Systems Corporation, complemented by a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Utah and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Math from North Dakota State University.
