Blaise Kostielney

Blaise Kostielney has extensive work experience in various leadership and managerial roles. Blaise started their career as a Deputy Sheriff-Sergeant at San Benito County Sheriff-Coroner in 1984 and worked there until 1998. Blaise then served as a Code Enforcement Officer-Building Inspector for the City of Gilroy from 1998 to 2002. Kostielney joined West Coast Property Consultants in 2006 and held the position of Regional Director until 2009. From 2009 to 2010, they served as the Director of Operations for West Coast Property Consultants Inc. Blaise later became the Director of Sales and Marketing for the same company from 2010 to 2011. In 2011, Kostielney joined WCPC, a division of Quality Built LLC, and worked as a Regional Manager/Regional Sales Account Manager until 2012. Blaise then assumed the position of Vice President of Operations at Quality Built LLC, where they were responsible for overseeing operations division performance, staffing, and profitability nationwide. Kostielney handled major accounts and ensured ISO 9000 process compliance.

Blaise Kostielney started their education journey at Gavilan College from 1984 to 1986, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Administration of Justice. After completing their degree, Blaise attended Cabrillo College, but the specific start and end years, as well as any degree or field of study, are unknown.
