Dave Osman

VP of Customer Outcomes at Quality Clouds

Dave Osman has worked in the technology industry since 1996, beginning as a Senior System Engineer at Morgan Stanley. Dave then moved to Deutsche Bank in 1997, where they held a variety of roles including Global Head of Process and Information Engineering, Global Head of Asset and Configuration Engineering, and Global Head of Enterprise System Management. In 2010, they joined Service-now.com as Vice President of Application Development, where they were responsible for the development of all applications across the platform. In 2013, they moved to Credit Suisse as Director of Service Management. In 2014, they founded TESM, a ServiceNow Services Organisation, and served as Chief Technology Officer. In 2017, they joined Dexda as Chief Technology Officer. In 2020, they moved to DXC Technology as Head of Delivery for the ServiceNow practice UKIIMEA. In 2021, they joined Tricentis as Senior Vice President of Engineering for Packaged Apps, and in 2022 they moved to Quality Clouds as Vice President of Customer Outcomes.

Dave Osman received a Bachelor of Science (Honors) degree in Computer Science from the University of Greenwich between 1986 and 1989.
