Hannah Kelly

Hannah Kelly has extensive work experience in various roles in the healthcare and consultancy sectors. Hannah currently operates their own consulting firm, Hannah Kelly Consultancy, and also works as a Domiciliary Care Specialist at Quality Compliance Systems. Prior to their current roles, they served as the Managing Director of Operations at New Forest Homecare Ltd, where they were responsible for various tasks such as creating and marketing successful business opportunities, implementing software mechanisms to streamline services and manage working time, restructuring middle management positions, managing budgets, and launching a new marketing strategy. During their time at New Forest Homecare Ltd, they also worked as a Business Development Manager, where they demonstrated skills in face-to-face and telesales and maintained strong relationships with clients and professionals.

Before joining New Forest Homecare Ltd, they briefly worked as a Care Manager at Mears Group PLC. Hannah also worked at New Forest Homecare Ltd in various roles such as Manager, Senior Carer, Team Coordinator, and Community Carer from 2005 to 2011. In these positions, they handled general management tasks, oversaw HR requirements, managed a diverse team, and ensured high-quality care.

Additionally, Hannah has experience working as a Seasonal Office Assistant at The New Forest Agricultural Show Society, a Shop Assistant at Wrights Music Shop, a Community Carer at Hill House Care Ltd, and a Rapid Response Carer at Kent County Council.

Hannah Kelly's education history includes a variety of fields and degrees. Hannah started their education in 2003 at the University of Southampton, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Music in 2006. Later, in 2009, they attended Southampton City College for a period of one year, focusing on NVQ 4 Leadership and Management for Care Services.

In 2013, Hannah pursued further studies in alternative therapies. Hannah attended the School of Natual Health Sciences for a short time, earning an associate's degree in Colour Therapy. Hannah also completed an associate's degree in Crystal Healing at the School of Natural Health Sciences during this same year. In 2015 and 2016, Hannah attended Diana Benjamin to complete an associate's degree in Reiki I & II.

Most recently, in 2018, Hannah attended the Marie Mongan HypnoBirthing Institute, where they earned an associate's degree in Hypnobirthing. Their educational journey is still ongoing, as they plan to pursue a Higher National Diploma in Mindfulness Life Coaching at The Centre For Mindfulness from 2022 to 2023.
