Aaron Ho has extensive work experience in operations management. Aaron started their career at American Eagle Outfitters as a Stock Associate, where they were responsible for preparing and storing products, as well as selling them in a retail setting. Aaron then joined FedEx Ground as a Package Handler, where they loaded and unloaded packages, sorted them, and ensured efficient operations. Aaron eventually became an Operations Manager at FedEx Ground, overseeing day-to-day operations and managing employees. Currently, they are an Operations Manager at Quality Counts, LLC, where they plan and manages projects, communicates with clients, and optimizes procedures to reduce costs.
Aaron Ho attended Spokane Falls Community College from 2001 to 2003, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree. Aaron then pursued a Certificate in Audio Engineering at the same institution from 2003 to 2004. In 2007, Aaron attended Multnomah University for one year, studying Intercultural/Multicultural and Diversity Studies. Finally, from 2015 to 2018, they attended Portland State University, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management.
