Jean-Paul Brissett

Jean-Paul Brissett serves as Chief Executive Officer. A passionate leader, his mission is to develop a culture that prioritizes giving back to the local communities while addressing the growing needs of the clients’. Prior to serving in his current role, Jean-Paul was actively involved in guiding QC’s Strategic Plan through his leadership in the areas of HR, technology, and operations.

During his time with QC, Jean-Paul led the development and execution of the hiring strategy and he continues to take an active role in the selection process for all leadership positions. Jean-Paul has directed and remains involved in the development of core QC technologies, which are central to the organization and the clients. Additionally, he has implemented numerous best practices which have streamlined processes and improved the quality of the data.

Jean-Paul provides leadership through organizational changes and routinely collaborates with the Executive Team to facilitate the development of QC’s future leaders. He is a graduate of the University of South Florida with a BS in Business Management and Organization.
