Pete Vansaun

Pete VanSaun is an experienced safety and operations professional with expertise in transportation and continuous improvement. Currently serving as the Regional Safety Manager at Quality Custom Distribution since June 2009, responsibilities include training, OSHA compliance, and DOT regulations while focusing on continuous improvement alongside other safety professionals. Previously, Pete held the position of Senior Continuous Improvement Analyst, managing transportation and operations projects, including routing and driver training. Before joining Quality Custom Distribution, Pete worked at Sysco from June 1995 to May 2009, initially as a Transportation Supervisor, managing DOT files and driver evaluations, and later as the Eastern Transportation Manager, overseeing the Transportation Department.
