Emma Cooper

Emma Cooper is the Director of Data and Quality Programs. Emma joined the QHN team in 2018 to develop and implement the eCQM reporting solution. As the Director of Data and Quality Programs, Emma leads QHN’s efforts to develop the vision and strategy for a highly interconnected data and quality organization. As a Registered Nurse with over 26 years of experience in a varied clinical background and over 15 years of leadership and management experience with a focus on healthcare quality, Emma brings a unique clinical subject matter expertise to QHN.

Emma received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Colorado Mesa University and is also a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ.)
