Samantha Winrick

Samantha Winrick is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as a Commissioning Engineer at Quality Integrated Services, Inc. since March 2020. In this role, Samantha is responsible for reviewing commissioning procedures, preparing system-based commissioning sequences, coordinating with contractor and client operations teams, and overseeing the execution of commissioning activities for hydrocarbon systems. Prior to this, Samantha held the position of System Engineer at GE Transportation, where responsibilities included executing validation and regression testing for embedded locomotive control systems and generating test plans. Samantha's earlier experience includes working as an Engineering Technician at Richmond Engineering Works, where responsibilities encompassed acting as the I&E contractor representative for a compressor station and producing LOOP diagrams. Additionally, Samantha began the engineering career as an intern at Advanced Technical Services. Samantha holds degrees in Interdisciplinary Business with Engineering Studies and Project and Supply Chain Management from Pennsylvania State University-Erie Campus.
