Orane Findley

Orane Findley has over five years of experience in the Quality Assurance field. In 2015, they began working for QualityWorks Consulting Group, LLC as a Quality Assurance Consultant II. During their time there, they created a Data Driven Test Automation Solution leveraging NightwatchJS and converted manual tests to test automation scripts. Orane also trained client staff on how to maintain and build on the implemented Test Automation Solution. In addition, they used Cloud Formation to automate the frontend, hosting the React app in S3, along with route53 domain configurations, CloudFront as the CDN, and AWS Cert Manager for TLS certs. Orane also used Serverless Framework to automate the creation of the backend.

Orane Findley then moved up to Senior Quality Assurance Consultant I, where they delivered manual and test automation trainings and developed several end-to-end automated test suites. Orane then moved up to Lead Quality Assurance Consultant, where they managed reports, created career plans and provided guidance. Orane also led Quality Assurance teams to complete tasks on time and with great quality. Finally, they became Manager of DevOps and Test Automation, where they provided leadership and subject matter expertise to client engagements and delivered trainings on CI/CD & test automation.

In 2016, Orane Findley co-founded Reactiv Designs.

Orane Findley's education history includes a degree in Information Technology minor Networking from the University of Technology, Jamaica which was obtained between 2012 and 2016. In addition, Orane Findley has obtained several certifications, including Cucumber with Javascript from TestAutomationU in February 2022, Advanced Cypress from TestAutomationU in January 2022, Introduction to Cypress from TestAutomationU in January 2022, ISTQB® Certified Tester - Foundation Level (CTFL) from ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board in March 2019, Cybersecurity Awareness Training from Posture in August 2022, and Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) from EC-Council in January 2019.
