Elaine Kemper

Regional Vice President at Qualivis

Elaine Kemper has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Elaine worked at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center for over 20 years, starting as a Manager for Staffing & Clinical Informatics from 2002 to 2008. After that, they held the position of Director for Staffing Effectiveness from 2009 to 2022. In 2022, they joined Qualivis as a Regional Vice President.

Elaine Kemper completed their Associate of Applied Science/Associate of Science degree in Nursing at Sauk Valley Community College from 1979 to 1982. Following this, they attended Northern Illinois University and obtained a Bachelor of Science Nursing degree between 1986 and 1989. In 1989, they also completed their Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the same institution. Elaine later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Health/Health Care Administration/Management at Dominican University from 1998 to 2004.
