Alejandro Pascual

Alejandro Pascual has a diverse work history, beginning with their role as Business Development Country Manager at Qualtek Electronics Corp in 2015. During their time there, they produced record-breaking revenue growth (avg. 15% YoY) and customer satisfaction rate (by 14%) through effective relationship management of customers and suppliers in North America and Asia Pacific. Alejandro also managed an interdepartmental team of 7 on appropriate sales/service practices, leading to an overall increase in profitability and efficiency. After 1.5 years of outstanding results, they were promoted to Business Development at Qualtek Electronics Corp. There, they built internal cross-functional support through the implementation of relevant KPI's. In 2019, Alejandro Pascual began an internship at JOLLY GOOD as International Business Development. During their time there, they planned and implemented the company's first overseas marketing campaign, kickstarting overseas lead generation conversion rate from 0% to 2.8% through website, LP, SEM, and SNS contextual content creation. Alejandro also researched and analyzed foreign target markets, with aggressive top of the funnel lead qualification, acquisition, and following conversion support.

Alejandro Pascual completed a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Tecnológico de Monterrey from 2009 to 2016. Alejandro then went on to study Korean and East Asian Business and Economics at the University of Seoul in 2016. In 2015, they completed a course in Business in China at Fudan University and a course in Chinese Business and Economics at the University of International Business and Economics. In 2014, they completed a course in Business in the Latin-American Context at Universidad Central (CL). Alejandro then went on to study Japanese Studies at Waseda University from 2018 to 2019. In addition to their educational background, Alejandro Pascual has obtained several certifications, including Italian C1, French C1, Digital Marketing, Duolingo Certified Educator, Visualizing Japan, Culture of Services: New Perspective on Customer Relations, Japanese Language Natural and Fluent Communication, Bachelor in International Business, and Doing Business in China.
