George S. serves as the Head of Global Customer Support Operations at Qualtrics since 2020, overseeing a team of over 180 and implementing AI-driven initiatives to enhance customer support. Previously, George launched and scaled a new office as Director of Enterprise Services - East and Public Sector, achieving significant growth and revenue in federal customer experience programs. George also led a 24-person technical team as an Enterprise Services Manager during a critical transition period for the company. Prior experience includes a role as a Foreign Service Officer at the U.S. Department of State and a position in Corporate Finance & Risk at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. George is pursuing a Global Executive MBA in Strategy at Duke University and holds a Master of Public Administration in International Program Evaluation from The George Washington University.
