Io Koukoula

Io Koukoula has a diverse work experience in customer success and retail management. They started their career in 2018 as a Retail Assistant at Staff Jeans & Co, where they later became an Assistant Retail Manager. In 2019, they joined June Homes as a Customer Success Associate. They then moved on to HOMI Greece in 2020, where they worked as a Customer Success Associate until 2023. Currently, Io Koukoula is employed at Quan - employee well-being as a Customer Success Specialist.

Io Koukoula attended Panteion University of Social and Political Sciences from 2011 to 2020, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and History. In 2015, Io participated in the Erasmus exchange program and studied at the University of Liège for a brief period, focusing on Sciences humaines et sociales.
