Carlos Gutierrez

Carlos Gutierrez has extensive experience in the field of technology and customer support. Carlos started their career as a Geek Squad Technical Support Agent at Best Buy from December 2010 to November 2012, where they provided face-to-face technical support services and trained new agents.

Carlos then joined Google and held various roles, including Google+ Local Support Agent from December 2012 to June 2013, where they assisted business owners in correcting data issues and ensured compliance with quality guidelines. Carlos then worked as a Google Shopping Express Operations Specialist from June 2013 to January 2015, where they managed workflows, resolved feed-related issues for merchants, and optimized data quality. Carlos also served as a Google Local Inventory Ads Operations Specialist from January 2015 to June 2015, providing support to merchants and analyzing inventory data.

In 2015, Carlos joined Quanergy as an IT Engineer, acting as the first point of contact for employees' IT issues, installing and troubleshooting various devices, and promoting collaboration between IT, DevOps, and security teams. Carlos later became an IT Manager in July 2017, overseeing IT operations for over 200 employees and deploying and managing the company-wide MDM system. Carlos transitioned to the role of Field Application Engineer in January 2019, supporting global customers in product implementation and configuration, with a focus on integrating software to existing applications.

Carlos's most recent roles include serving as a Senior Field Application Engineer at Outsight from February 2023 to April 2023 and currently at Quanergy since April 2023.

Carlos Gutierrez attended Menlo College from 2012 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Management Information Systems and Services.
