Guilherme Leobas

Guilherme Leobas is a Senior Software Engineer at Quansight, where Guilherme works on PyTorch and Numba. Guilherme has also contributed to various open source projects such as RBC, Numba, HeavyDB, TACO, and PyTorch. Previously, Guilherme worked as a Graduate Researcher at Compilers Lab and LIRMM, focusing on compiler optimizations using LLVM and Clang. Guilherme's educational background includes a MSc in Computer Science with a specialization in Compilers and Compilers Optimizations from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, as well as a degree in Computer Science from the same university and Technological University Dublin. During their undergraduate studies, Guilherme conducted research on heuristics for the Routing and Wavelength Assignment problem at LaPO - UFMG.
