Amalia Giannoulatou has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Amalia started their career in 2003 as a Collection Agent at Teleperformance, where they worked until 2005. In 2007, they joined Eurobank fps and held various positions, including Call Center Customer Service Representative, Officer at FPS Back Office, Trainer - Member of FPS training team, and Customer Service Supervisor. From 2012 to 2017, they worked at Cepal Hellas Financial Services S.A. as a Recoveries Business Trainer. Since 2020, Amalia has been working at Quant (QQuant Master Servicer Servicing of Loans and Credits Single Member S.A), first as a Senior Business Process Analyst and currently as a Training and Business Process Manager.
