Scott Hyland

Scott Hyland (MSc BEng) is a highly experienced mechanical design engineer with a strong background in developing innovative technologies across various industries. Currently serving as the Lead Mechanical Design Engineer at Quanta Dialysis Technologies since May 2023, Scott previously held roles at Ubiqutek (RootWave) as a Technical Lead and Mechanical Design Engineer, where leadership in developing award-winning product lines was demonstrated. Experience includes roles in medical device development at Medical Device Management Ltd, process and manufacturing engineering at Philips, and design engineering on military and commercial projects at Meggitt PLC. Scott holds a Master’s degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from the University of Warwick and a Bachelor’s degree in Product Design Engineering from Loughborough University.
