Lance Russell

Lance Russell has extensive work experience in the recruitment field. In 2012, they started as an intern at DTK and worked there until 2014. Following that, they joined Sysco as a Master Data Specialist from 2014 to 2017. Lance then moved to Richard, Wayne & Roberts, where they held various roles such as Executive Recruiter, Senior Executive Recruiter, and Recruiting Manager from 2017 to 2021. Currently, Lance is employed at Quanta Services, Inc. as a Senior Recruiter since 2021 and was promoted to Lead Recruiter in March 2023.

Lance Russell earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Houston-Downtown between 2014 and 2016.
