Steve Sousa

Steve Sousa is an experienced executive currently serving as Chief Commercial Officer at Valard Construction LP since June 2014 and as Managing Director and Chief Commercial Officer for the Quanta Canada Region at Quanta Services, Inc. since March 2022. Previously, Steve held the position of Chief Commercial Officer and President and CEO at SaskPower International from November 2012 to April 2014, and served as President and COO of SaskTel International from January 2000 to November 2012. Early in the career, Steve worked as a Trade Finance Specialist at the Saskatchewan Trade and Export Partnership from 1998 to 2000. Educational qualifications include a Chartered Professional Accountant designation from Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada, an International Business Management degree from Confederation College, an MBA from Queen's University, a Master of Laws specializing in Corporate Governance from the University of Cumbria, and a Master's degree in Sustainability and Energy Security from the University of Saskatchewan.
