Nicole Liebelt

Nicole Liebelt has over 20 years of diverse work experience. Nicole currently holds the position of Vice President of Commercial Operations at Quanta West, LLC, where they strengthen connections and collaboration within the company and its clients to improve customer experience and provide efficient solutions.

Prior to this, Liebelt worked at Pacific Gas and Electric Company, where they held various roles, including Director of Business Operations & Chief-of-Staff, Interim Director of Electric Distribution Operations, and Electric Program Manager and Chief-of-Staff. In these roles, they served as a strategic liaison, advisor, and counselor to senior executives, managed teams, and oversaw communications, employee engagement, budget adherence, and process improvement.

Earlier in their career, Liebelt worked as a Leadership Capability and Continuous Improvement Manager, Corporate Communications Leader, Crisis Communications Leader, and Media Relations Associate, where they provided strategic communications counsel, managed high-profile projects, and fostered relationships with regulatory agencies.

Nicole Liebelt obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communication, Business, and Media Studies from the University of California, Davis in 2001. In 2019, they completed a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification in Continuous Improvement at Caltech.
