Steve Morrell is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer support and operations, currently serving as the Head of Support at Refined since November 2023. As a Co-Founder of Support from HEL, a community for support professionals in Helsinki, Steve fosters collaboration and growth among peers. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at aPriori Technologies from August 2013 to November 2023, where Steve held multiple leadership roles, including Director of Customer Support and Operations, managing global teams and enhancing customer success in manufacturing software. Additional roles at Siemens PLM Software and The Technology Partnership provided foundational experience in support engineering and software development. Steve holds an MPhil in Speech Recognition from the University of Cambridge and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Trinity College Dublin.
