Vaibhav Agrawal has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Vaibhav is currently serving as the Vice President of Software Development at Quantbox Research, where they oversee the Crypto infrastructure and develops low latency code in C++. Vaibhav is responsible for setting up the infrastructure for top crypto exchanges and continuously optimizing it for high-frequency trading.

Before joining Quantbox Research, Vaibhav worked at Tower Research Capital as a Software Developer. In their role in the Historical Market Data & Simulation division, they contributed to the development of software for analyzing past market data. Vaibhav also served as a Software Developer in the Referential Data Division, where they handled referential data for financial securities.

Prior to their tenure at Tower Research Capital, Vaibhav was a Backend Engineer at Crowdfire, contributing to the backend development of the platform.

Vaibhav also gained valuable experience at Mozilla, where they worked as an Engineering Productivity Intern, focusing on increasing the productivity of engineers and automating tools. Vaibhav played a key role in enhancing the reporting dashboard and automating parts of the performance workflow.
