Mike Lanieri

Mike Lanieri, CPA, has extensive work experience in various financial roles. Mike served as Vice President and Corporate Controller at Quanterix starting in 2023. Prior to that, they held the same position at Billtrust from 2021 to 2023. In this role, they led global corporate accounting, SEC reporting, technical accounting, external audit, and internal control compliance. Mike also developed a global accounting team and collaborated with various departments to achieve strategic goals.

Before joining Billtrust, Mike worked at Forrester from 2011 to 2021. Mike held the position of Vice President, Controller - US Operations, overseeing accounting functions and month-end closes. Mike also served as Assistant Controller, managing revenue accounting and accounts receivable activities. Additionally, they worked as a Senior Manager/Manager in the Global Revenue department, providing technical accounting expertise during contract negotiations.

Prior to joining Forrester, Mike was a Manager in the Audit Practice at EY from 2005 to 2011. In this role, they led financial statement and internal control audits for a wide range of clients.

Additionally, they obtained the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in 2008, as well as Ice Hockey Coach (Level 4) and Ice Hockey Referee (Level 4) certifications from USA Hockey in 2008 and 1998 respectively.
