Branko Fiorilo

Branko Fiorilo is currently the Vice President Operations at Quantica BPO since May 2019. Prior to this, Branko worked as the Director de TI/Service Delivery Director at BILATERAL from March 2010 to April 2019, where Branko managed multi-site operations with over 2000 FTE's and handled recruitment, retention strategies, customer relationships, IT team management, new project development, and staff support. Branko also has previous experience as a Supervising IT Director at RCCbpo, Encargado de nuevas tecnologías at CADEB S.A., and Senior Consultant at SITESA. Branko holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Catolica and has completed additional education in Business Intelligence Set from Microsoft MOC and a technology diploma in Java Development from Universidad NUR.
