Aritraa Bhowmik is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and people management, currently serving as the Senior Culture and People Partner at Quantiphi. Previously, Aritraa held key HR roles at LTIMindtree, including Associate Manager and Senior Associate in HR Business Partner positions, and contributed to HR operations as a Senior Executive at JTB India Private Limited. Aritraa started a career in sales as a Territory Sales Manager at Treebo Hotels and as a Sales Executive at Kumayun Drugs Pvt Ltd. Aritraa earned a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and Services from Amity University between 2015 and 2017, following a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from the same institution from 2012 to 2015.
