Sushant Kanchan KMP, ICP-PDM, CSPO, SPS, CSP-SM is an experienced Client Engagement Manager specializing in Conversational AI and Agile methodologies at Quantiphi since February 2018. Responsibilities include overseeing end-to-end client engagements, planning sprints, managing risks, and ensuring successful project outcomes. Sushant also serves as a Scrum Trainer and Agile Coach, providing training and consultation on Scrum practices. Previous experience includes roles as Team Lead and Scrum Master at J.P.
