Aisling (Ash) Reedy-McGann has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles.

Starting in 2011, they embarked on a personal traveling journey in Southeast Asia.

In 2012, Aisling joined Digital Gurus as a Digital Recruitment | Creative & User Experience Consultant, where they worked until 2017.

From 2017 to 2018, Aisling worked as a Talent Acquisition Consultant | Accenture Interactive & Fjord at Accenture. This role focused on delivering the best customer experiences and optimizing global content production for integrated customer experiences.

Aisling (Ash) then transitioned to a role as a Talent Acquisition Consultant | Graduate Recruitment from 2018 to 2020 at Accenture.

In 2020, Aisling took on the position of a Talent Acquisition Consultant | Operations at Accenture until 2022.

Currently, they are working as a Senior Recruitment Business Partner at Quantium from 2022 onwards.

Aisling (Ash) Reedy-McGann obtained a Bachelor's degree in History from the University of Southampton, where they attended from 2008 to 2011. Prior to that, they completed their A Levels in History, Politics, and Psychology at St Dominics Sixth Form College in Harrow, London, from 2006 to 2008. Currently, they are enrolled in General Assembly, pursuing a Dash degree with the field of study unspecified. In addition to their formal education, Aisling has obtained certifications in Mastering LinkedIn Recruiter Assessment from LinkedIn and Strategic HR Advisor from the Josh Bersin Academy, both completed in December 2020.
