Sareen Gogi

Sareen Gogi has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Sareen is currently working at Quantium as the Senior Vice President and Executive Head of Global Service Delivery since 2023. In this role, they are responsible for engaging with various business verticals, leveraging India's talent pool, and expanding the array of services offered by India to Quantium's business.

Before their current role, Sareen worked as the Senior Vice President and Executive Head of India at Quantium from 2012 to 2023. In this position, they led the India team, focused on client service, talent strategy, and capability development. Sareen also played a crucial role in developing the India entry strategy for the group.

Prior to joining Quantium, Sareen founded Jasvit in 2010 and served as the CEO until 2012. Jasvit specialized in devising India entry strategies for foreign companies and attracting suitable talent for their India presence.

Sareen also held various roles at different companies, including Associate Vice President of Professional Services at Planetsoft from 2008 to 2010, Director of Professional Services Engineering at SumTotal Systems from 2006 to 2008, and Senior Consultant and Delivery Manager at Infosys from 2004 to 2005.

Sareen's earlier experiences include working as a Consulting Practice Manager at Noblestar from 2002 to 2004, Senior Programmer Analyst at Corio Inc. (now IBM) from 2000 to 2002, and Programmer Analyst at Inteliant Technologies from 1998 to 2000.

Sareen started their career as a Management Trainee at Steel Authority of India Limited from 1995 to 1997.

Throughout their career, Sareen has demonstrated strong leadership and extensive experience in strategy development, talent management, and delivering high-quality outcomes.

Sareen Gogi attended Osmania University from 1991 to 1995 and completed a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electrical Engineering.
