Brendon Wellendorf has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Brendon started their career in 2006 as a Stuntman at Agro Land & Cattle Co. Inc., where they were responsible for developing and maintaining stunt routines and equipment for live shows. Brendon also assisted in developing new stunts and manufacturing equipment for visual effects.
In 2009, Brendon joined the US Army as a Small Organization Manager/LRS Team Leader. In this role, they were in charge of an eight-member Long Range Surveillance team, ensuring their readiness and conducting various tasks such as reconnaissance, surveillance, and communications. Brendon also counseled and professionally developed over 30 individuals while serving as a small organization manager.
From 2010 to 2012, Brendon continued their work with the US Army as a Small Organization Assistant Manager/Assistant Team Leader. Brendon provided support in the morale, health, and training of the Long Range Surveillance team, and was responsible for equipment maintenance, accountability, and effective utilization.
In 2015, Brendon transitioned to civilian work and took on the role of Operations Manager at SeeDoGo. Here, they formulated policies, managed daily operations, and improved performance, productivity, efficiency, and profitability. Brendon also managed a team of managers and other direct reporters.
Following their time at SeeDoGo, Brendon worked as a Business Development Manager at National Payment Solutions, where they were responsible for acquiring new business customers and developing leads. Brendon also worked closely with the EVP of Business Development and Marketing Manager on various sales and marketing programs.
In 2017, Brendon became a Project Manager at Atlantic Bay Mortgage Group, overseeing project activities and ensuring their successful completion.
Currently, Brendon is working as a Solutions Software Consultant at Quantivate, where they utilize their expertise to provide software solutions to clients.
