Benoit Scherrer

Founder, CEO at Quantivly

Benoit Scherrer is the founder and CEO of Quantivly. Prior to Quantivly, they were a PhD student at Harvard Medical School, Boston Children's Hospital, and INSERM / LIG. Benoit's thesis topic was Distributed Markovian Segmentation of Tissues and Subcortical Structures on MR Brain Scan. Benoit also has a MSc in Computer, Vision and Robotics from INSERM / LIG. Benoit is also a co-founder of Coordinate Medical Systems, Inc and Vantage Medical Imaging.

Benoit Scherrer completed a CRAASH course in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies at CIMIT before completing a postdoc at Harvard Medical School. Benoit then obtained their PhD in Applied Mathematics from Institut National Polytechnique de Grenoble (INPG) and their Master's Degree in Imagery, Vision and Robotic from the National School of Computer Science and Applied Mathematics of Grenoble. Finally, they completed two Engineer's Degrees, one in Signal & Image Processing, Machine Learning from Polytechnique Montréal, and one in Applied Mathematics & Computer Science from ENSEEIHT.
