Moses Kihumba

Moses Kihumba is an experienced leader in technology and service delivery, currently serving as the Director of Service Delivery at CloudFactory, where a focus on client satisfaction and service quality is paramount. Previously, Moses co-founded the Carhoot App, offering on-demand car services in Africa, and led the Norwegian Refugee Council's Regional Innovation Garage for East Africa and Yemen. Moses has held significant positions in talent acquisition, senior program management at Andela, and program management with the Clinton Foundation, contributing to various high-impact projects across diverse sectors.
