Alfred Porter

Alfred Porter has a solid background in technology support and operations, with experience spanning several roles in the industry. At Quantum Crossings, LLC, from November 2022 to September 2024, Alfred served as a Network Operations Center Administrator, enhancing network performance and reliability. Prior to this, Alfred was a Help Desk Analyst at Connection from February 2020 to November 2022, where technical support and client assistance were key responsibilities. Earlier experience includes a position as a Field Technician at Uber from February 2019 to February 2021, focusing on on-site technical solutions.
