Fritz Foraker

Fritz Foraker has a diverse work experience in the software engineering field. Fritz started their career as an Application Developer at Rogue Fitness in 2013, where they built web-based applications for internal use. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as a Software Engineer II at Dynamit, developing .NET applications for various clients, including large food industry chains. In 2015, they joined Quantum Health and has held multiple roles, including Senior Software Engineer and Lead Software Engineer - Assistant Manager. In their current role as Director of Software Engineering, they lead a group of engineering scrum teams in delivering cloud-native software solutions for Quantum Health's core operational business units. Fritz is responsible for leading a modernization effort to rebuild Quantum's primary software to be more secure, scalable, and user-friendly. Fritz has also demonstrated their leadership skills by providing guidance to software developers, implementing coding practices, and supporting production systems. Fritz has a strong focus on collaboration, working closely with Product and other business counterparts to define project scope and estimate delivery timelines. Throughout their career, Fritz has emphasized technology sharing, building strong partnerships with vendors, and promoting the adoption of new technologies to improve the client experience.

Fritz Foraker holds a Master of Science in Information Technology (MSIT) degree from Carnegie Mellon University - Heinz College of Information Systems and Public Policy, which they obtained between 2017 and 2019. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Web Development from Franklin University from 2005 to 2007. Fritz'seducation journey began at Zane State College, where they completed an Associate of Applied Business (A.A.B.) degree in Information Technology from 2003 to 2005. Additionally, Fritz Foraker has obtained certifications in Amazon Web Services (AWS), including Amazon Web Services Solutions Architect Associate and Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner.
