Nelia Infante

Nelia (Nel) Infante currently serves as the Senior Director of Solution Efficacy at Quantum Health since January 2023. Prior experience includes leading Consumer Engagement Strategy at Onlife Health® and heading Provider Experience & Insights at Cigna. At Cigna, Nel was instrumental in defining enterprise strategies that delivered over $400MM in business value and significantly improved net promoter scores. Nel's career highlights also include launching a successful consumer health engagement agency that catered to Fortune 100 brands and overseeing strategic marketing efforts for new health products. Nel's earlier roles involved health management and promotion at organizations such as Bank of America and Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island. Nel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from Bridgewater State University.
