Director, Customer Success at Quantum Lifecycle Partners

Michelle Eddy has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Michelle started their career at NEBS in 2001, where they worked as a Bilingual Custom Printing Sales Consultant until 2006. During this role, they gained extensive knowledge of printing processes, tested new software, and executed sales. In 2008, they joined GEEP Inc. as a Senior Account Manager and Supervisor, leading the team of Account Managers and managing Telecom client accounts. Michelle also developed service agreements and offered tailored recycling and recovery solutions. In 2018, Michelle became a Business Development Manager at GEEP Inc. and held the role until 2019. Currently, they work at Quantum Lifecycle Partners, initially starting as a Business Development Manager from October 2019 to March 2020. After that, they became the Director of Customer Care & Administration until January 2022 and is currently the Director of Customer Success.

Michelle Eddy completed their high school education at Arthur District High School from 1993 to 1998, where they received the Ontario Scholar distinction. Michelle then pursued further education at the University of Waterloo, obtaining a Bachelor's Degree from 1998 to 2001. At the university, Michelle studied French Studies and HR Management.
