🚀 About the Role Quantum Metric is seeking a Fall Intern to assist our product university -- Quantum Metric University. This role will reside within the Customer Success team, specifically within the Consulting Services team. You will work across internal teams to create and maintain educational content & harness knowledge along the way to identify gaps in our content and build better content for the future!

We need an innovative, passionate, detail-oriented individual to join our growing team. The right person is a thoughtful learner and promoter of knowledge of the Digital / Product space, with a passion to help our customers grow their knowledge and share their experiences across their teams.

🔧 Responsibilities

  • Assist the team to continuously improve the Quantum Metric product learning environment (QMU) for our customers, partners, internal teams, as well as prospective customers
  • Support iterative product changes by maintaining our content to showcase our diverse capabilities with Quantum Metric technology
  • Identify new content that will help to educate end users on Quantum Metric’s offerings
  • Maintain online content using different mediums including short videos, graphics, slide decks, interactive tutorials and assessments
  • Establish and maintain power user level knowledge of product capabilities & configuration options to leverage the Quantum Metric platform (we’ll help you learn it, but you have to be able to write and talk about it)
  • Review user feedback from both internal teams (e.g Customer Success, Product, Marketing, etc.) and customers to understand their priorities, and help our teams identify where Quantum Metric can enable them to effectively execute their digital strategy
  • Help to communicate upcoming and planned changes related to product knowledge content across the broader organization
