Alana Fallis

Alana Fallis, SHRM-CP, sHRBP, currently serves as VP and Head of People at Quantum Metric, overseeing a team of international HR practitioners and managing the global People program across multiple countries. With a strong background in HR, Alana has held roles ranging from Director of Global People Ops to People Ops Manager, where significant contributions included implementing a new HRIS and enhancing employee engagement strategies. Previous experience includes positions as People & Culture Business Partner at Nextech Systems and HR Business Partner at Wunderkind, where Alana focused on employee relations and strategic HR initiatives. Alana's career began as an HR Assistant and Office Manager at Demarco Coffee Roasters, complemented by an educational background in Fine Arts from the University of Hartford.
