Haidong Huang

Senior Principal Scientist at Quantum-Si

Haidong Huang has had a successful career in the field of chemistry. From 2006 to 2009, they worked as a Postdoctoral Fellow at Johns Hopkins University. Following that, from 2009 to 2015, they served as an Assistant Professor at the New Jersey Institute of Technology. Since 2015, they have been working at Quantum-Si, where they hold the position of Principal Scientist. As the Organic Chemistry Team Leader, their responsibilities include overseeing research and development in synthetic organic chemistry, bioconjugation chemistry, and analytical chemistry.

Haidong Huang completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Materials Chemistry at Peking University from 1996 to 2000. Subsequently, they pursued their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Organic Chemistry from 2001 to 2006 at Stony Brook University.
