Nasr Makni

Nasr Makni has held a variety of roles in the software and AI industry since 2007. In 2007, they began a Post-doctoral fellowship and PhD at INSERM. From 2011 to 2020, they worked at EOS imaging, where they held roles as Image Analysis Manager, Research Scientist, and Advanced Research & Development. In 2020, they moved to Bracco and held roles as Software & AI unit manager, Senior software researcher, and Senior Software Researcher. In 2023, they began their current role as Head of AI at Quantum Surgical SAS.

Nasr Makni obtained their Engineer degree in computer science from the National school of computer science in Tunisia between 2002 and 2007. Nasr then went on to pursue a Master's degree at Centrale Lille in 2006 and 2007. From 2007 to 2010, they completed a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in computer vision and image processing at the University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology. Additionally, they hold a certification in Agile: SCRUM Product Owner from the Scrum Alliance.
