Dave Cain, MOD, ICF-ACC, BCC

Dave Cain has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Dave is currently working as a Virtual Leadership Coach at Quantuvos, providing coaching and support to individuals, teams, and groups. Prior to this, they held the same role at Torch.

Dave has also worked as the Principal and Owner of Cain Consulting, where they focused on executive leadership and organizational performance coaching. Dave collaborated with international consulting firms to meet clients' needs and specialized in leadership development and communication.

In addition, Dave worked as a Performance Coach at Lead 2 Perform, providing customized management consulting services to help clients achieve their organizational goals. Dave also facilitated team development sessions and offered individual leadership development coaching.

Before that, Dave worked as a Senior Coach at Equilibria, where they provided performance coaching to senior executives, managers, supervisors, and team members. Dave specialized in personality diversity instruments and facilitated coaching and facilitation sessions on performance improvement.

Earlier in their career, Dave worked as a Performance Coach at RLG International, where they managed projects to improve leadership effectiveness and provided personal coaching to all levels of management and labor teams. Dave also worked as a Production Manager II at Coca-Cola Enterprises, overseeing the production of Coca-Cola brand soft drink products.

Dave has also worked as an Adjunct Instructor at Lourdes University and served in the US Navy as an Aviation Electronic Technician, where they were responsible for training and directing personnel in aircraft squadrons.

Throughout their career, Dave has demonstrated expertise in leadership coaching, organizational performance, communication skills, and team development. Dave holds certifications as an ICF-ACC and BCC.

Dave Cain completed their Master's Degree in Organization Development at Bowling Green State University from 2002 to 2003. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Telecommunications from Indiana University Bloomington, where they studied from 1978 to 1980.

In addition to their academic achievements, Dave Cain holds multiple certifications. Dave obtained the designation of Certified Executive Coach from the Center for Executive Coaching in December 2020. In January 2017, they became a certified Myers Briggs Practitioner through the Myers-Briggs Instructor. Dave Cain is also a Board Certified Executive/Corporate/Business Coach (BCC) after receiving the certification from the Center For Credentialing & Education in May 2021. Furthermore, they hold the designation of Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coaching Federation, which they obtained in May 2021.

Dave Cain's commitment to serving veterans is evident in their additional certifications. Dave is a Veteran Owned Small Business, certified by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, since August 2020. Additionally, they are recognized as a Veteran Friendly Business Enterprise by the Ohio Department of Administrative Services.
